When you use All Star Travel (AST's) online booking system, your vehicle is confirmed with one of our major car suppliers. Upon confirmation, you receive an email that has your prepaid car rental voucher, which contains all of the information you will need to pick up the vehicle (if you do not receive this email be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes it may be filtered). You then will pick up the car from the car supplier listed on your voucher. We have had customers contact us looking for All Star Travel, but then realize that it is actually printed on their voucher as Dollar, Alamo, Hertz, or some other brand.

All Star Travel is chosen by more and more travelers each year because of our ability to also provide the ultimate option – The AST Safeguard Plus. Choose this option when booking your next rental car to avoid paying a cancellation fee in the event that your travel plans should change. We’ll also cover part of your deductible in the unfortunate event of an accident or minor incidents such as windshield or tire damage.
